FRENCH MARKET @ WATERFORD FRINGE FESTIVAL

Waterford Fringe Festival is gearing up to be the best Festival this summer, to add to the festivities Le Marché de France European Market with its colourful and vibrant European market, will bring aromas and tastes from the old continent.

Traditional cuisine from France and Europe will tempt your taste buds!  Freshly ground coffee and traditional French crépes are the order of the day!  French Poëllées - giant pans of tasty king prawn or potatoes with cream, Paëlla a typical Valencian rice dish from Spain stir fried in the traditional way before your eyes, German bradwurst hot dogs served with sauerkraut, and Italian Pizza freshly baked. Tastes and flavours for all the family to enjoy, be it breakfast, lunch or an evening meal soaking up the atmosphere of the market - Bon Appetite!

For your sweet tooth you will find goodies and specialities from Brittany and afar, biscuits, chocolates, sweets and freshly roasted almonds for children big and small!

The gastronomes will enjoy the array of cheeses, baked breads, Italian salamis, delicious olives, preserves and spiced specialities.

Le Marché de France will also display crafts and products made in Ireland and across Europe to give crafty shoppers a variety of choice and bargains, to include beautiful traditional products from the South of France.

All in all great fun for all the family from Friday 26th to Sunday 28th on Baron Strand Street and John Robert Square, Waterford with incomparable French touch - Le Marché de France European Market.
